“ This is our 5th visit to cobalt and I am very impressed with service, food and ambience. We went tonight for our 8 year wedding anniversary and the service was top notch. Annya was a phenomenal server and we will ask for her next time. ”
“ My wife and I went there for our anniversary and wanted to sit outside to dine but it was raining. However, the ocean view from our table was nice. Our server, Angelica, was phenomenal. Our server was attentive to our needs and did really well. Prices for the entrees were high, which we expected, and the sides were an extra charge. Overall the food was just ok. For what we paid it should’ve been the best meal we’ve ever had, and it wasn’t. ”
“ We’ve been staying at the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa and decided to try the on site restaurant Cobalt for lunch today. Such a great dining experience! The views and outdoor dining area were absolutely stunning! The tables had umbrellas to keep you out of the sun and the ocean breeze kept you cool. Overall just a great atmosphere. We loved our server Brittany! She was friendly, helpful and did an amazing job. I ordered the Chop Salad and added Chicken Fingers on top. It was a delicious salad with lettuce, aged cheddar, bacon, cucumbers, egg and a delicious wine vinaigrette dressing. I would absolutely dine here over and over again! Thanks for a great experience. And only a few steps from our seats at the pool… Bonus! ”
“ We went for our Anniversary, we live in Melbourne so don't get out to this area much. The filet was no doubt the best steak I've ever had. The Caesar salad was so good and perfect size for sharing. Their bread is also delish. Atmosphere was perfect, we sat outside by the beach and it was beautiful. They also gave us a complimentary glass of champagne for our celebration. ”
